Abstract :
Setiap perusahaan go public dituntut untuk memiliki good corporate
diperoleh 328 laporan tahunan. Data penelitian sebelum dianalisis dilakukan
pengujian asumsi berupa uji normalitas, multikolonieritas, heterokedastisitas dan
autokorelasi, yang kemudian dianalisis dengan regresi berganda. Penelitian ini
menemukan bahwa faktor good corporate governance (komisaris independent dan
kualitas audit) berpengaruh positif terhadap pengungkapkan sukarela, good
pengungkapkan sukarela.
Every go public company is required to have good corporate governance in
order to be able to meet the need for voluntary information both for the company
itself and for wider parties/investors. However, in practice, managing a company
cannot be separated from agency problems because the management (agent)
tends to have more complete information than the information held by the owner
(principal). The aim of this research is to empirically prove the factors that
influence voluntary disclosures made by manufacturing companies that have been
listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2017 to 2020. The research sample
is 82 companies with observations for 4 years, so it is obtained 328 annual
reports. The research data before being analyzed were tested for assumptions in
the form of normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity and autocorrelation
tests, which were then analyzed by multiple regression. This study found that good
corporate governance factors (independent commissioners and audit quality) had
a positive effect on voluntary disclosure, good corporate governance (managerial
ownership and institutional ownership) had no effect on social disclosure, while
size (firm size) and profitability (ROA) had a significant effect. positive for
voluntary disclosure.
