Abstract :
In this thesis the researcher wants to show how the cultural differences are very significant for a woman who is located in the country of India. Actually, it's not only in that country, but in other parts of the world there is still patriarchy. The researcher focuses on where a woman who does not get justice in her family environment where their parents seem to be in control of their own life. This film tells how the life of a family who has two children all its girls. It is clear here that the researcher examines a discrimination against a woman just because of her hobby as the title of this thesis says ?DISCRIMINATION TOWARDS WOMEN REFLECTED IN PAUL MAYEDA BERGES ?BEND IT LIKE Beckham (2002)? AS A FEMINISM STUDY ? here shows how the oppression received by the players where he likes and wants to be a footballer but there is no support from his family because Indian culture is still very strong. Researchers take radical feminism research because it is in accordance with what is in this film.
