Abstract :
As social beings, human can't live alone. For survival we need the other person and this kind of dependence triggers the pattern of dependency to live in groups, which then gives way to the birth of the culture and certain norms within each group of existing society. Most people try to adjust their behavior to the culture and norms prevailing in the group, with expectation that their presence can be admitted and accepted: the tendency of such social behavior is called conformity, something that very natural and fine as long as the impact is positive. But, this tendency is not always have the positive impact, therefore, it is important to introduce a pattern of thinking that can help people avoid the negative effects of conformity which is not only potentially harming themselves, but also the groups of people.
