Abstract :
Hypertension is a disruption in the circulatory system that can cause a
rising blood pressure. More than 90% of patients experiencing hypertension
hypertension primer. At the Sangkrah Public Health Centre, hypertension ranked
second in a list of 20 great patient visits the public health centre. Hypertension
patients who visited the the public health centre of aged 26-90 years, and got
different hypertension medications each other.. This research aims to know the
distribution of hypertensive patients based on gender, age, medicine consumption
and classification hypertension. This research is descriptive research of non
experimental is done retrospectively against the primary hypertension patients
prescription at Sangkrah Public health Centre Surakarta period JanuaryDecember 2017. The data is analyzed and processed in the form of a percentage.
Results of the study it was concluded that the distribution of hypertension patients
based on the categories of gender, i.e. males (27.4%) and women (72.6%). Based
on age category, 26-45 years (12.6%). aged 46-55 years (29.4%), aged 56-65
years (36.8%), aged 65 years (> 21.2%). Based on the medicine being consumed,
Amlodipin (58.8%), Nifedipin (29.4%), Captopril 12.5 mg (5%), Captopril 25 mg
(4.4%), HCT (1.8%) Furosemide (0.6%).Based classification hypertension, stage
1 ( 84,1 % ) , stage 2 ( 15,9 % )
