Abstract :
Lead pollution in the Tanjung Emas comes from human activities, ship fuel
and factory waste which can accumulation inside the marine biota, one of marine
biota that can be contaminated is Trichiurus sp. Syzygium polyanthum contain
flavonoid, in flavonoid bioactive compounds can bind heavy metals so the
metal content can be reduced and fish can be safely consumed. The research
was to determine the effect of long immersion of Trichiurus sp in the extract of
Syzygium polyanthum by Spectrophotometri atomic absorption method.
The type research used is experimental analytical post test with control,
research sample using Trichiurus sp meat mussels in the area of Tanjung Emas
Semarang. Lead levels in the fish were examined using an Atomic Absorption
Spectrophotometer and read using descriptive.
The absorbance of the lead level can not be detected by the instrumen
becouse based on the calculation of BPSMB (2018) the lead level is less from
limit detection is 0,0069 so that result can not be cotinued analysis using linear
regression and can not be concluded.
