Abstract :
Dermatophagoides sp. is a part of dust house mites that can cause some
allergic such allergic rhinitis, atopic dermatitis, and asthma which the disease is
still common in the community. Some factors influence the existense of dust
house mites are temperature and humidity may be caused by either too dense a
community environment or because of an environment that allows temperature
and humidity so the growth of dust house mites can be optimum.
This study literature use a analysis descriptive method with source from
text books and scientific research journal. Results and conclusions are based from
a review of a scientific research journal with the subject of the existence of dust
house mites in Manado.
From journal review brought positive results in Manado with the
population of living room and bedroom. The research journal for study literature
of Dermatophagoides sp. in Manado earn average result for bedroom 27,17%
meanwhile in family room gave result 25,73%. After doing some review, there
are several factors that can cause a difference in results obtained from research
they are both temperature and humidity.
The conclusion drawn from the journals, the existence of dust house mites
can be affected by several factors, so the research obtain varying results and
found several genus dust house mites beside the Dermatophagoides sp. of the
examined dust.
