Abstract :
The lecture room is a place used for the ongoing teaching and learning
process between lecturers and students which is carried out on campus. The
teaching and learning process can be done face-to-face either in the form of
lectures, discussions, seminars and others. Comfort in the teaching and learning
process is very important for users of the room so that the information provided
can be well received.
Humans can spend 90% of their time doing indoor activities, that can cause
increased indoor air pollution and decreased air quality. Air contaminant fungus is
one of the airborne pollutants. The presence of contaminant fungi is caused by
high humidity, unbalanced air circulation, indoor condition that is too crowded
and Air Conditioner(AC) system that uses water and condensation. Fungal
contaminants can also cause some health problems such as infections, allergies
and irritation.
This study of literature reaserch use descriptive methods analysis sourced
from textbooks, reports of research, theses, as well as scientific journals in the last
10. That has been done, the samples used are indoor air, methods that can be used
are sedimentation metodh and sampling with sampling aids.
The results showed that there are several species of mushroom that grows
but Aspergillus sp. is the most growth (29.6%). Moreover, there are other
mushroom species such as Penicillium sp (25.6%(), Cladosporum sp (11.1), and
some other airborne contaminant fungi.
