Abstract :
Diabetes mellitus is a degenerative disease that suffers quite a lot of people in Indonesia, which is the 7th most ranked country in the world in 2015 according to the IDF (International Diabetes Federation). Drug interaction is a reaction that can occur if two or more medicinal ingredients meet in the human body and can harm patients and harm the patient?scondition because it can cause toxicity. This research was conducted descriptively with literature and retrospective data collection in January to June 2018. The study was conducted on 14 type 2 DM patients at Sangkrah health center. The results of the study showed that there was a large potential for drug intractions with a percentage of 74,30%. The percentage based on the mechanism include the pharmacodynamic mechanism of 65,85%, pharmacokinetic interactions of 26,83%.
