Abstract :
Celery (Apium graveolens L.) is the one of many popular vegetables in the world. Celery can?t free from plant disturber organism. The pesticide is very necessary to handle various type of plant disturber organism. The potension of highly recidual pesticide level occur when use the pesticide exaggerated. The purpose of this research is to know how many chlorpyrifos pesticide residual levels on celery that planted on Klakah village, Selo, Boyolali that use spectrofotometry method on 697 wavelength, with operating time for 15 minutes. The fresh celery was extracted using aceton by maseration. The average result level chlorpyrifos on onion ring is 0,1747 mg/kg ± 0,01019 with CV% is 5,7642%.
