The method used is the Kirby Bauer method using Ciprofloxacin positive control
and DMSO negative control. The results obtained are ethanol extract of Bawang
Dayak (Eleutherine palmifolia (L.) Merr) can inhibit the growth of Klebsiella
pneumoniae with inhibition zones of ethanol extract of Bawang Dayak
(Eleutherine palmifolia (L.) Merr) at a concentration of 100% by 16,13 mm
concentration 75% of 14,94 mm concentration of 50% by 12,20 mm concentration
of 25% of 7,94 mm.
