Abstract :
Hepatitis is a disease of the liver caused by a virus. In the treatment of hepatitis is still found the administration of drugs that have hepatotoxic effects which are feared to worsen liver damage. This study aims to determine the use and percentage of potentially hepatotoxic drugs in hepatitis patient in inpatient room at Amal Sehat Wonogiri hospital 2019. This research is a non-experimental research. Retrospective data collection and analyzed descriptively. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data obtained as many as 51 patients. The results of this study indicate that the most characteristics are male patients (56.87%) with the most age 46-65 years (43%). The most widely used potentially hepatotoxic drug is ranitidine with a percentage of 19.2%. At this dose is still safe in reasionable use.
