Abstract :
Drug store is a special place to do pharmaceutical work and distribution of drugs to
the community Consumer satisfaction with drug services at the drug store can help
compare between consumer expectations of the quality of drug services needed with
the repair services provided by Gajah Mungkur Drug store. This research was
conducted to improve services at the Gajah Mungkur Drug store. The purpose of the
research is to study the quality description that is expected, considered important, and
which has good performance. This research was conducted at the Gajah Mungkur
Drug store with a descriptive method, using a questionnaire instrument that given to
100 respondens by used analysis of discriptive quntitative data. The results showed
that drug store consumers at Gajah Mungkur Drug store were very satisfied with drug
services in the real dimensions, empathy, responsiveness and assurance. Based on the
calculation of patient satisfaction with the indicator realized 82.1%, the effect of
82.58% responsiveness of 82.5 percent, confidence of 85.83%, reliability of 86.4%.
From these results, the results of the research at the Gajah Mungkur Drug store were
very satisfying with an average yield of 83,88%.
