Abstract :
Urinary tract infections are a disease due to the profliferation of
microorganisms in the urinary tract that under normal circumstances urine does
not contain bacteria, viruses or other microorganisms. This study aims to
describeand evaluate the use of antibiotics in patients diagnosed with urinary
tractinfections at inpatient installations RSUD Dr. Moewardi in 2019.This
research is a non experimental descriptive research by retrospectivedata retrieval
from medical record patient data of urinary tract infection. Evaluation of data
includes rationality of use of antibiotics to precise indication, precise drug, precise
dose of patient right. The results showed that antibiotics used beta laktam,
cephalosforin,quinolone and aminoglikosida, with the highest number of
Ampicillin Sulbactam group of 33,33%. This use of antibiotics in urinary tract
infections at inpatient RSUD Dr. Moewardi in 2019 is compatible with National
Formulation 100% and KPRA 50%.
