Abstract :
Amphetamines are central nervous system stimulants that produce
anorectic properties and sympathomimetic action. Amphetamines belong to the
group II psychotropic group. The effects of using amphetamines are getting more
energetic and not feeling tired. This study aims to determine the presence or
absence of amphetamine in the urine of inter-provincial city transport bus drivers
at Kertonegoro Ngawi Station.
This research is a descriptive research with quota sampling technique.
Respondents in this study were 16 Urinee Bus Drivers of Inter-Provincial City
Transport at Kertonegoro Ngawi according to the questionnaire criteria.
Amphetamine examination using the strip test method.
The results of this research that has been carried out, it is found that of the
16 urinee samples examined, they were declared negative or there were no
amphetamine compounds.
The study concluded that the identification of amphetamines in the urine
of inter-provincial city transport bus drivers at Kertonegoro Ngawi Station with a
total of 16 respondents stated that there were does not indicate the presence of
amphetamine compounds.
