Abstract :
Dispensing of sterile preparations is one form of service carried out in hospitals. One of the dispensing activities of sterile injection preparations, to avoid the presence of harmful substances in parenteral preparations, aseptic dispensing techniques are needed so as not to cause negative effects for patients and health workers on duty. In a previous study at one of the hospitals in Malang City stated that the research is aseptic dispensing in mixing sterile preparations has not been in accordance with the guidelines at the mixing stage (<50%). This study aims to find out the suitability of dispensing procedures according to standard operational procedures at Astrini Wonogiri Hospital. Each stage is closely related to the availability of human resources, equipment, and space so that the correct technique is needed in mixing preparations. This method uses quantitative descriptive methods, data retrieval is carried out using incidental sampling techniques obtained by the results of research 52 actions of conformity mixing in the preparation process by 82%, the mixing process by 74% and the final process by 53%. The highest conformity at the preparation stage is supported by human resources so as to support quality hospital services. The lowest conformity in the final stage is affected by hospital facilities and infrastructure, the existence of equipment and equipment as support so as not to hinder the service process to patients.
