Abstract :
Pekanbaru City is a popular holiday destination for local tourists, who often visit shopping centers and sample the diverse culinary offerings. However, the scattered location of these culinary spots can pose a challenge for visitors. A central Culinary Tourism Center in downtown Pekanbaru has been proposed to address this issue and increase the city's revenue. Qualitative research methods have been employed to determine the center's appropriate space and visitor capacity. Kata kunci : tourism, culinary, city, center, Pekanbaru
