Abstract :
ABSTRACT Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate is one of hematology preliminary examination to uphold patient’s diagnose. Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate examination has many factors that can affect the result, one of them is vibration. In workplace, Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate examination often performed near to the centrifuge. This research aims to know the influence of centrifuge vibration towards the result of Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate examination with Westergreen method. This research is performed in March 2017 at laboratory of Akademi Analis Kesehatan Borneo Lestari for 6 blood samples. This research is experimental. The result is obtained in table form and continued with in T Test Independent Sample Test. On test this tes obtained the result of comparison of control and distance 30 cm with significant value taht is 0,003 and 0,004 which mean less than 0,05 which means there is an effect of vibration of the centrifuge on the rate of sedimentation of blood. Result of comparison of control and distance 60 cm with signifikant value that is 0,233 and 0,239 wich mean over 0,05 which means there is no effect of vibration of the centrifuge. Result of comparison of control and distance 90 cm with signifikant value taht is 0,771 dan 0,771 wich mean over 0,05 which means there is no effect of vibration of the centrifuge. This shows that there is effect of centrifuge vibration on the result of bllod vapor regimen with control ratio and 30 cm and there is no influence of control ratio with distance 60 cm and 90 cm. Author suggests to notice more the place to place Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate instrument near to centrifuge the position of the tube and the optimal temperatur.
