Abstract :
CORRELATIONS NUMBER OF LEUKOSIT WITH C-Reactive Protein (CRP) ON NEFROPATIC PATIENTS WITH HEMODIALISA IN RSUD RATU ZALECHA MARTAPURA Melda Ayu Safitri(1) , Yurniah Tanzil(2), Muhammad Arsyad(1) Health Analyst Academy of Borneo Lestari Banjarbaru Kelapa Sawit Street 8 Bumi Berkat Number 1 Phone. At this time in the United States nephropathy is the leading cause of renal failure. In Indonesia 1983 the prevalence of diabetic nephropathy was only 8.3% of all chronic kidney disease. Chronic renal failure is a progressive and irreversible renal function disorder in which the body's ability fails to maintain metabolism and fluid and electrolyte balance resulting in uremia. Hemodialysis is a process of diffusion across the semipermeable membrane to remove unwanted substance from the blood while adding the desired component. This study aims to determine the correlation of leukocyte count to CRP levels in nephropathy patients in hemodialysis. The analytic survey research, with a cross sectional design, involved 15 samples of in hemodialysis patients. Laboratory examinations such as the number of leukocytes and CRP levels were performed on the subjects of the research. Patients with nephropathy in hemodialysis increased the number of leukocytes by 13% and a leukopenia in the number of leukocytes by 20%, normal leukocytes were 67%. While as much as 80% increased levels of CRP in patients with renal failure in hemodialysis. The conclusion of this research is that only 13% of leukocytosis occurred in nephropathy patients, and as much as 80% increased levels of CRP, and there was a 2,3% correlation between the number of leukocyte cells and CRP levels in the hemodialysis nephropathy patients.
