Gadgets are not just used as entertainment media but with applications that are continuously updated This study used an observational analytic design that aimed to analyze the relationship between duration of gadget use and visual acuity in elementary school students at Krembung 1 Elementary School. The number of samples in this study were 102 students using a proportionated random sampling technique. Data analysis used is the Spearman Rho test. The results showed that most of the respondents used gadgets with a duration of > 2 hours/day as much as 75.5%. The results of visual acuity examination almost half of the respondents had low low vision as much as 44.1%. The results of data analysis obtained P = 0.000, which means that there is a relationship between the duration of gadget use and visual acuity in elementary school students at Krembung 1 Elementary School. learn to teach at school.
