EVALUATION OF ANTIBIOTIC USE IN PEDIATRIC NON PNEUMONIA ISPA PATIENTS USING GYSSENS FLOW IN PUSKESMAS PUUWATU KENDARI CITY 2018 MELVI MELVIANI O1A115038 ABSTRACT Non-pneumonia acute respiratory infections (ARI) is a disease that often occurs in UHO children. Antibiotics are treatments that are often prescribed in ARI. Improper use of antibiotics can cause resistance. This study aims to determine the description of the use of antibiotics and evaluate the use of antibiotics in pediatric non-pneumonia ISPA id patients using Gyssens groove in Puuwatu Health Center in Kendari City in 2018. The research method was conducted descriptively with a retrospective approach. Data sitedi . Perpustakaan on antibiotic use was obtained from 400 medical records in 2018 which were selected ac using the simple random sampling method. Data collected included patient profiles, diagnosis and antibiotic prescribing. The results showed the accuracy of prescribing . antibiotics using gyssens flow obtained 1 prescription with category 0 (right) as much uho (0.35%), 70 categories IIA did not get the right dose (25%), 0 category II B did not have the right interval (0%) , 0 category II C inappropriate route of administration as much (0%), 11 category IIIA antibiotics for too long (3.94%), 252 category III B . antibiotics were too short (90.32%), 5 category IV A antibiotics were not effective as much (1.79%), 0 category IV B less toxic antibiotics (0%) and 0 category IV C cheaper antibiotics (0%).
