(BumdesTepule) in improving the economy of Tudungano Village, Sawa District, KonaweUtara District"Samiruddin Tas the first advisor, andSyahbudinas II supervisor.
The formulation of the problem in this study are: (1) What is the role of village-owned enterprises (Bumdes) in improving the economy of Tudungano Village, Sawa Sub-District, North Konawe District, (2) What are the constraints faced by village-ownedenterprises in improving the village economy Tudungano Sub-District of Sawa, KonaweUtara District, (3) Any effort taken by the management of village-owned enterprises (Bumdes) in improving the economy of Tudungano Village, Sawa District, Konawe UtaraDistrict.
Thepurpose of this study was to find out how the role of village-owned enterprises(Bumdes) in improving the economy of Tudungano Village, Sawa District, Konawe UtaraDistrict, to find out what inhibiting factors make village-owned enterprises (Bumdes) inimproving the economy North, To find out what efforts are made by the management ofvillage-owned enterprises (Bumdes) in improving the economy of Tudungano Village, SawaDistrict, Konawe Utara District.
This research was conducted in Tudungano Village, Sawa Sub-District, NorthKonawe Regency, by using a type of qualitative research that is describing data andinformation on research results.
The results show that village-owned enterprises have two business units, namelymountain rock mining, and goods rental business, namely chairs, which are carried outstarting from the year of the establishment of the BumdesTepule, which is formed based onthe results of village meetings, but the occurrence of business entities owned by TudunganoVillage, Sawa Regency, North Konawe Regency, between starting from the establishment ofbusiness units that did not involve the community as Bumdes objects, lacking Bumdesmanagement human resources, budget transparency to the community including villagegovernment was not carried out, loss of bumdes was caused due to absence marketing fromthe results of mountain rock mining as the main program of the BumdesTepule, there was nogood communication between Bumdes officials, the government and Bumdes administrators.
The conclusion of this research is the inhibiting factor of BumdesTepule inTudungano Village, Sawa Sub-District, North Konawe Regency, efforts have been made bythe government and the community. However, the most dominant obstacle from the runningof the Tepulebumdes was the non-transparency of the bumdes management starting from thebusiness units and bumdes finance to the village government and the community.
