Abstract :
Human resources are one of the most important factors that cannot even be separated from an organization, both institutions and companies. HR is also the key that determines the development of the company. In essence, human resources in the form of humans are employed in an organization as a driver, thinker and planner to achieve the goals of the organization. In HR there are a lot of theories that we can compare and connect, including Leadership Style, Work Ethics, Career Development and Work Productivity. In this study, I took these four theories to find and find relationships and inconsistencies between variables. And as a place of research, I took a service company, the Whiz Prime Manado Hotel, one of the 3-star hotels that was quite attractive to the tourists. The purpose of this study was to determine the Effect of Leadership, Work Ethics and Career Development Style on Work Productivity at Manado Whiz Prime Hotel. The sample used in this study was 54 respondents who were employees at Manado Whiz Prime Hotel using the Likert scale as a measuring device. Data analysis techniques in this study used validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, T-test, F-test, multiple linear regression analysis, multiple correlation coefficient, and multiple determination coefficients. The results of the study, the Ttable obtained was 1,858 and Thitung of leadership style = .429, work ethic = .140, and career development = .291. The results of the t test show that there is a Thitung value greater than the Ttable value, and there is a Thitung value smaller than the Ttable value. This means that not all variables have a significant effect on variable Y. From the results of the f test it is found that F count (12,320)> Ftable (2,79). Then the conclusion if calculated partially, not all variables have a significant effect, and if calculated simultaneously the three variables have a significant effect on variable Y. Keywords: Leadership Style, Work Ethics, Career Development, Work Productivity.
