Abstract :
This study aims to determine the effect of discipline, career development and level of ability on employee motivation at PT. Bank Sinarmas Manado, Tbk. And the number of respondents in this study were 31 respondents from the population were the number of employees of PT. Bank Sinarmas Manado, Tbk. The results of the study, the value of t table is 2.052 and the t-count of discipline is 2.584, career development is equal to 1,498 and the level of ability is equal to -0.191. The results of the t test show that the value of the tcount > ttable discipline can be concluded that the discipline variable has a significant influence on career motivation and development and the ability level has a tcount < ttable, so it can be concluded that career development and ability levels do not significantly influence motivation employee. From the results of the f test it is found that fcount > ftabel (5,858 > 2.73). So the conclusions of discipline, career development, and ability levels simultaneously have a significant influence on motivation employees.
