Abstract :
Seeing the current economic progress, especially in the automotive sector, especially motorbikes, are beginning to experience development over time. Work Stress, incentives and compensation are factors used to see how employee morale. Incentives are something that encourages or has a tendency to stimulate an activity from employees to get something from work. Compensation is a reply received by employees for work or energy that has been given to the company as a form of remuneration. The questionnaire was distributed to 31 employees and also respondents from the study population, where the population was the number of employees from PT Zanur Linas Mandiri. The results of the study, the Ttable obtained was 2.051 and the calculated from Job Stress = 0.865, Incentives = -0.947 and Compensation = 9.588. The results of the T test show that the scores on Compensation Compute > T table and on work stress and incentives Tcount < T table. This means that work stress and incentives are not significant to the morale of PT. Zanur Linas Mandiri, while Compensation has a significant influence on the morale of PT. Zanur Linas Mandiri. From the results of the F test, it is found that Fcount (116,117) > Ftable (2.95). Then the conclusions of the variables are Work Stress, Incentives and Compensation, together have a significant influance on employee morale at PT. Zanur Linas Mandiri.
