Abstract :
This study aims to determine how far the factors that influence work productivity at PT. Istana Berkat Gemilang. The focus of this study is to use independent variables namely job training, work environment, and work conflict on the dependent variable, namely work productivity. Work productivity is influenced by several external and internal factors from the employee itself, such as job training, work environment, and work conflict. Data analysis in this study used multiple regression analysis, validity and reliability test. While hypothesis testing uses T-test, F-test and R square. The number of respondents was 33 respondents who were taken from the number of employees at PT. Istana Berkat Gemilang. Testing the variables of Job Training (X1), Work Environment (X2), and Work Conflict (X3) using the F-test shows that together these three variables has a influence on work productivity (Y). by using T-tests, job training variables, and work environment, each of them does not significant influences toward dependent variable, namely work productivity (Y). while the work conflict variable has a significant influence toward work productivity variables at PT. Istana Berkat Gemilang. The results of R square show that 38% of work productivity variables are influenced by the three independent variables, while the system is 62% influenced by other factors.
