Abstract :
The level of visits by foreign tourists, especially Chinese tourists to Manado, continues to surge with the support of various efforts. Seeing this excellent tourism opportunity, the writer wants to find out whether the soaring number of tourists can be accompanied by good tourism infrastructure or suitable. To research the tourism infrastructure, the writer used the AHP method to see the rank of criteria and sub-criteria as an analysis of 30 respondent data in this case Chinese tourists who visited Manado during the period February to April 2019. From the results of the study based on 4 criteria to be tested, namely Physical (Hotels, Motels, Restaurants, Transportation, Communication, Water, Electricity); Cultural (Culture, Heritage Fairs, Festivals, Local Art and Music, Dress and Dance, Language and Food); Service (Banking Facilities, Travel Agencies, Insurance Agencies, Tourist Guides); Governance (Law And Order Machinery, Customs and Immigration). It can be concluded that the perception of Chinese tourists on tourism infrastructure is not very caring, but when research and analysis of data from the four criteria used, the results obtained are that Chinese tourists pay attention to service during travel in Manado.
