Abstract :
this research found out the use of choral and repeated reading strategy significantly effective to improve the students’ ability in reading. The result of this research was (1) the mean score obtained by students through pre-test was 1, 93 and post-test was 2, 97 (2) the t-test value was the higher than t-table(13,7 > 2,060). It means that, there was a significant difference between the result of the students’ pre-test and post-test. Therefore, hypothesis H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted
