Abstract :
This research is based on the increase of business competition, also in the banking sector. The employee quality affects the company performance. In the teller recruitment process, there are so many things to consider by the company. Every step of the recruitment process is expected can help the company to get the good quality employees. The quality cost analysis in the teller recruitment process performed to measure the efficiency of quality cost in the company. Quality cost consists of prevention costs, appraisal costs, internal failure costs and external failure costs. Analyzing the quality cost efficiency in the company by comparing the prevention costs with the internal failure costs and external failure costs. If the prevention costs of the company greater than the failure costs occurred, then the cost of quality in the company is efficient, and the employees in the company have a good quality. The employee?s quality can affect the sustainability of the company. Based on the research, the cost of quality in PT. Bank Central Asia, Tbk was efficient.
