Abstract :
Management needs something tools, who can evaluate the company activity and solution if we found weakness and fraud and this tool must be can given recommendation to problem solving. The tools can we use to achieve this propose is Operational Audit, with operational audit, company can hope effectiveness on object audit. With this problem, we try make research in PT. Edukasi Profit Cepat in Surabaya, this company focus on Education Saham Options with research propose to know the implementation of operational audit on the effectiveness of the sales function. The research method used is descriptive analysis by conducting surveys and collecting data from the respondents who have been determined. Data collection techniques conducted by the author is filling questionnaires, checklists,interviews, and observation of the object under study. Based on the results of research conducted, the authors can conclude that implementation of operational audits to support the effectiveness of the sales function on PT. Edukasi Profit Cepat in Surabaya and has been implemented effectively and can be seen from the survey conducted through the distribution of questionnaires.
