Abstract :
The study is done in addition to know and understand the importance of media both to communicate through virtual in other words communicating without face to face, communication done here having meaning promotion with priority the impact of globalization the social media and e-commerce to attract them as much as possible through communication done. The question about 100 respondents stayed on zoom hotel dharmahusada surabaya at least 1 times.The research on the spss statistics show that the impact of social media significant against the intensity of visitors ?ttabel -1,660 ? thitung 0,137 ? ttabel 1,660, E-commerce. e-commerce influences intensity visitors to the ?ttabel -1,660 ? thitung -0,119 ? ttabel 1,660. and simultaneously the application of social media and e-commerce against the intensity of visitors to the count F hitung 0,014 ? F tabel 2 The research results show that the influence of social media and e-commerce had an influence on the intensity of visitors with a positive direction .If the use of social media and e- commerce is getting menigkat , so the intensity of meninigkat visitors .It is clearly identify that when social media content and e-commerce is getting better it makes zoom hotel dharmahusada surabaya tending to get many visitors of more.
