Abstract :
The growth of construction increased in Surabaya hotel every year, it is in line with the increase in domestic and international tourists visit coming to Surabaya where one means supporting tourism is. The purpose of this study was to discover the influence of the servicescape and pricing of guests stay at the Hotel Fairfield by Marriott Surabaya. As for the population in this study was the guest of hotel Fairifield by Marriott Surabaya with a total sample of 97 respondents. Based on the results of processing the data using SPSS 16 are as follows seen from the determination of the coefficient values adjusted r square of 0.058 or 5.8% this shows that contribution among the servicescape and price against the decision of the guest stay very low. The first hypothesis States that there is a significant influence among the guest stay of servicescape is not proven, which based on the value of thitung is known that SPSS 16 thitung (-0.175) < ttabel (-1.98472) with a significant level of 0.861 > 0.05 so that there are no significant influence between the servicescape guest stay against the decision. The second hypothesis States that there is a significant influence of price with the guest's decision to stay proved to be, where it is known that spss results based on the value of thitung (2.688) > ttabel (1.98472) with a significant level of 0.009 < 0.05 so there was significant influence between the price of a guest's stay.
