Abstract :
An open company, especially companies will usually provide an opportunity for investors to invest money held in various forms in which one of them is stock. Stock itself has an important role within the company that is helping the company in running its operations so that it can run smoothly, while the investors themselves will get two kinds of advantages in the form of dividends paid annually and capital gains that the increase in stock prices in the capital market. The stock price has a fairly high level of fluctuation, this is due to changes in stock prices in the short time that one day, the purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the current ratio, return on equity ratio and debt to equity ratio of the stock price of food and beverage companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2010 - 2016 with a number of companies as many as eight companies. Based on the results of data processing using SPSS 24 is as follows coefficient determination viewed from the adjusted R square of 0.454 or 45.4% indicates that the influence of independent variables with the dependent variable is moderate. Variable current ratio does not have a significant effect on stock prices food and beverage company with a significant level of 0.131 where t value (1.533) t table (2.00665). Variable debt to equity ratio does not have a significant effect on stock prices food and beverage company with a significant level of 0.825 where t value (-0.222)
