Abstract :
The need for hospital services is increasing as the economy improves and the degree of public health. Therefore the Regional General Hospital in Mentawai Islands District should be able to provide complete facilities in order to achieve good service and ultimately will lead to patient satisfaction. This study aims to determine the effect of Service Quality, Facility, and Price on Customer Satisfaction of RSUD in Mentawai Islands Regency. The sample studied was 75 patients of RSUD in Mentawai Islands District. Data processing using SPSS Statistic program version 16.0 obtained the following research results: Service quality has no significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction with t count 0.05, Facility significant influence on Consumer Satisfaction in RSUD Kabupaten Mentawai Islands , which can be seen tcount> ttable or 5.839> 1.992 and the significance level of 0.000 <0.05, and the price does not significantly affect the Consumer Satisfaction in RSUD Kabupaten Mentawai Islands, where can be seen t count 0.05.
