Abstract :
One of the main problems in employment in Indonesia is low performance.Whereas to maintain the growth of the development industry in Indonesia can no longer rely on traditional sources of comparative advantage. Therefore every company must develop dynamic comparative advantage. Namely human resources that are productive and professional quality. Employee performance is a result of work achieved by a person in carrying out tasks that are charged to him based on skills, experience and sincerity and time. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of work perception and motivation on employee performance at PT. AREMIX PLANINDO. The approach used in this study is quantitative using a questionnaire as a data collection tool. Respondents in this study amounted to 60 people, the determination of the sample in this study using calculations with Slovin formula. The results of multiple linear regression Y=0.869 + 0.534X1 + 0.100X2 while the determinant coefficient of Adjusted R Square is equal to 0.828 which means that all independent variables namely Perception and Work Motivation of Employees are very strong. Based on the results of data processing can be said that Perception has a significant effect on Employee Performance where the value of t counts 10.298> t table 2.00247 with a significant value of 0.00 <0.05. Motivation has no significant effect on Employee Performance where the value of t counts is 0.982 0.05. After a series of tests that have been carried out, it can be concluded that Perception has a significant effect on employee performance, while Motivation has no significant effect on Employee Performance.
