Abstract :
Today's technological developments, impacting the business world of one of the businesses affected by technological development is the business of transportation services, where people can place orders through online media. The presence of online transportation is welcomed by the public. One of the online transportation is Grab-Bike. This study aims to determine the Influence of Price, Service Quality and Promotion of consumer purchasing decisions using online transportation services Grab-Bike in East Sukolilo District Surabaya. Sampling method used is Purposive sampling. The sample of this research is 75 respondents who use Grab- Bike. Data processing using SPSS program version 22 Based on the results of data processing obtained the following results: Price does not significantly influence consumer purchasing decisions using online transportation services Grab-Bike in Sukolilo East Surabaya District with tcount (1,380) 0.05, Service Quality Significantly affect consumer purchasing decisions using the Online Transport Grab-Bike service in East Sukolilo District Surabaya with tcount (3,230)> ttable (1,994) with significance value 0.002 <0.05, and Promotion has no effect on decision consumer purchase using online transportation service Grab-Bike in East Surabaya Sukolilo District with tcount (1,114) 0.005.
