Abstract :
Few factors that café / restaurant must consider to achieve the successfullnes isProduct, Price and Promotion. The researcher want to know the influence of thatthree factors at Kampoeng Steak Tidar Surabaya. Researcher use questionnaire asdata with 75 respondents. The kind of test that has been used are Validity Test,Reliability Test, Classic Assumption Test (Multicolinearity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, Normality test), Multiple Linear Regression analysis, Determinant Coefficientand also T Test. The result from T Test, value of Product (X1) = 17.283 > 1.994 withsignificant value 0 < 0.05 which is product have significant influence to the buyingdecision at Kampoeng Steak Tidar Surabaya, Price (X2) = 2.959 > 1.994 with significant value 0.004 < 0.05 which is price have significant influence to the buying decision at Kampoeng Steak Tidar Surabaya, and Promotion (X3) = -1.56 < -1.994with significant value 0.123 < 0.05 which is promotion have not influence to thebuying decision at Kampoeng Steak Tidar Surabaya. The researcher got conclusionthat product and price give influence to the buying decision and promotion not giveany influence to the buying decision at Kampoeng Steak Tidar Surabaya.
