Abstract :
Employees are a company's assets because it provides a major contribution to the achievement of the development efforts of the company. To achieve this, we need a good employee performance, where it can be achieved when followed by observing the work environment, compensation and employee satisfaction. Therefore the aim of this study to determine the effect on the work environment and compensation satisfaction and employee performance CV. Immanuel Surabaya . The population in this study are employees at CV. Immanuel Surabaya which numbered 60 people. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing using F test and t test at 5% significance level. The results showed the following results: The working environment and compensation jointly influence employee satisfaction CV. Immanuel Surabaya, where F count > F table is 51.040 > 3.16. Work environment, compensation and job satisfaction simultaneously affect employee performance CV. Immanuel Surabaya where F count > F table is 40.974 > 2.77. The work environment has no significant effect on job satisfaction and employee performance. Compensation significant effect on job satisfaction but does not affect the performance of employees. Job satisfaction significantly influence employee performance CV. Immanuel Surabaya.
