Abstract :
The study was conducted to determine the relationship Psychological Capital (Self- Efficacy, Hope, Resiliency, Optimism) and job satisfaction. Psychological Capital Measurement using measuring devices Psychological Capital Questionnaire 24 (Luthans et al., 2007a) and job satisfaction measurement using the measurement tools Job Satisfaction Survey (Spector, 1997). Respondents in this study amounted to 37 people who are teachers and education staff at SMAK St. Louis 2 Surabaya. The results showed that self-efficacy has a positive correlation with job satisfaction but has a very low correlation (r = 0.156). Hope has a positive correlation with job satisfaction but has a low correlation (r = 0.246). Resiliency has a positive correlation with job satisfaction but has a low correlation (r = 0.347). Optimism has a positive correlation with job satisfaction and has a correspondingly moderate (r = 0.449). Optimism has a positive correlation of the most dominant. These results can be interpreted, increasing Self-Efficacy, Hope, Optimism and Resiliency from teacher and education staff will also increase the degree of job satisfaction.
