Abstract :
This research is motivated by human resources acting as actors who participate in determining the sustainability of a company. This study aims to examine the effect of motivation, compensation and work environment on employee performance at PT. SENTRAL SUPEL PERKASA in Surabaya. The population and sample in this study are office employees at PT. SENTRAL SUPEL PERKASA, amounting to 50 respondents. The method used from this study is to use a questionnaire. This research was tested using Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test (Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test and Heteroscedasticity Test), Multiple Linear Regression Test, Determination Coefficient (R2), and t Test. In the t test, the results of the study of motivation variables (X1) = -0,989 > -2,012 with a significant level of 0,328 > 0,05, which means that motivation does not affect the performance of employees of PT. SENTRAL SUPEL PERKASA, compensation variable (X2) = 8,715 > 2,012 with a significant level of 0,000 < 0,05, which means compensation affects the performance of employees of PT. SENTRAL SUPEL PERKASA, work environment variable (X3) = 0,393 > 2,012 with a significant level of 0,696 > 0,05, which means the work environment does not affect the performance of employees of PT. SENTRAL SUPEL PERKASA. The results of this study indicate that compensation affects the performance of employees of PT. SENTRAL SUPEL PERKASA, while motivation and work environment does not affect the performance of PT. SENTRAL SUPEL PERKASA.
