Abstract :
Competition in the business world today is getting tougher. Simple restaurant in Surabaya. Simple Restaurant is the first branch in Surabaya. Simple Restaurants must understand the factors that influence customer satisfaction. Products, Prices and Atmospheric Stores for Customer Satisfaction. The sampling method used was Purposive Sampling. The sample in this study were 75 Surabaya Simple Restaurant customers. Based on the results of data processing with SPSS version 20, it can be agreed that everyone agrees to be valid and all variables are approved reliably. The results of multiple linear regression tests are Y = 0.148 + 0.342 X1 + 0.266 X2 + 0.375 X3. The results of the study stated that the product, price and store atmosphere on customer satisfaction in a simple restaurant in Surabaya has a very strong level of correlation with the value of the multiple determinant coefficient (R2) of 97% and the remaining 3% is the result of other variables. Product variables based on the results of tcount (13,916)> ttable (1.99394) with a significant level of 0,000 ttable (1.99394) with a significant level of 0.000
