Abstract :
Competition in the business world today is very tight. This was also felt by the garment industry business people, especially in the field of curtains. Gordyn industry must know what affects the performance of their employees. This study aims to analyze how much influence Motivation, Ability, Work Environment on Employee performance, The sampling method used is saturated samples. The sample in this study were 30 CV employees. Yasarela Gordyn Surabaya then, carried out an analysis of the data obtained by using quantitative data analysis including: Data - data that has met the Validity Test, Reliability Test, and Classical Assumption test. The results of the study stated that motivation does not affect the performance of employees of CV. Yesarela Gordyn Surabaya can be seen from the t test data. Ability, Work Environment is very influential on employee performance in the CV. Yesarela Gordyn Surabaya can be seen from the t test data. Motivation variable results of t -0.284 > ttable -2.05553 with a significance value of 0.779 > 0.05 thus Motivation does not significantly influence the performance of CV employees. Yesarela Gordyn, variable ability value of tcount 2.930> ttable 2.05553 with a significance value of 0.007 ttable 2.05553 with a significance value of 0.000
