Abstract :
The availability of raw material inventory is essential for the production process, because the products are revenues of the company. Vacancy inventories of raw materials will lead to disruption of the produc tion process and will affect the income of the company. Therefore the supply of raw materials must be considered in number. Existing inventories of raw materials should not be too big and too small. Restaurants Hungry Jeff as the object where the restauran Hungry Jeff is a fast food restaurant with a menu - special diet with high quality. The results showed that the restaurant Hungry Jeff has not planned properly inventory procurement of raw materials resulting in inefficiency costs incurred for supplies. Besides delivery of raw material inventory from suppliers often late, causing delays in the production process, the loss of the opportunity to sell and have a direct impact on the profitability of the company. With conditions like this restaurant hugry J eff must organize and plan inventory levels. Economic Order Quantity method as a tool for inventory planning is expected to determine the ideal amount of raw material ordered with the lowest cost. In addition it should also planned to the amount of safetytock as a protector of the uncertainty of demand, as well as determining the appropriate time to make a reservation back. With the implementation method of EOQ, safety stock and reorder point it will generate efficiencies on the cost of inventory and production processes that will achieve optimal profit increase.
