Abstract :
The objectives of this research is to analysis how the influence of Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR), Return on Assets (ROA), Total Assets Turn Over (TATO), and Company Size on sukuk rating on companies issuing sukuk and companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2017. The population in this study were 39 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2017. The number of samples of 30 companies from 39 companies that meet the criteria of sampling. Data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistical analysis and logistic regression analysis. The results of this study show that the Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR), Return on Asset (ROA) and Company Size has a positive and significant influence on sukuk rating, Current Ratio (CR) and Total Asset Turn Over (TATO) has a positive and insignificant influence on sukuk rating. Simultaneously the variables Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR), Return on Assets (ROA), Total Asset Turn Over (TATO), and Size significantly influence the sukuk rating in Indonesia.
