Abstract :
This research aims to analyze the impact of the implementation of fiscal decentralization on regional economic growth in 33 regencies/cities in North Sumatera Province for a five-year implementation period, since 2012-2016. Variables studied its influence on regional economic growth is PAD, DAU, DBH and DAK of 33 regencies/cities in North Sumatera Province. While for regional economic variable is Real Regional GDP per capita. Analysis model by use Chow test and Hausman test and the model is Random Effect Model. This study uses panel data of 33 regencies/cities in North Sumatera Province since 2012-2016. The result of the analysis concluded that PAD, DAU, and DAK have positive and significant influence to the economic growth of the region in 33 regencies/cities in North Sumatera Province. Meanwhile, for DBH variable has a negative and insignificant effect on Regional Economic Growth in 33 Kabupaten/cities in North Sumatera Province.
