Abstract :
This study aims to analyze the influence of land area, labor, fertilizer and production costs on oil palm farmers' acceptance in the village of Kota Tengah, Dolok Masihul District, Serdang Bedagai Regency. The research method used is qualitative methods and quantitative methods using multiple linear regression analysis. The dependent variable (Y) used is the income of oil palm farmers and the independent variables (X1) land area, (X2) labor, (X3) fertilizer costs, and (X4) oil palm production with deliberate sampling of 70 respondents from 210 the population of oil palm farmers. Based on the results of the study by testing the data using Eviews 9.0 it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence on the variables of land area and production while the variable labor and fertilizer costs have a positive and insignificant effect on the acceptance of oil palm farmers, in the village of Kota Tengah District Dolok Still Serdang Bedagai Regency at a 95% confidence level. Based on the R-Square interpretation criteria to determine whether there is influence between these variables, the results can be obtained that there is an influence between land area, labor, fertilizer costs, palm oil production on oil palm farmers' acceptance in Kota Tengah village, Dolok Masihul District, Serdang Bedagai District showing coconut palm oil. The figure of R square (R2) is 0.999445%, this means that 99.0045% of farmer acceptance variables are influenced by the variables of land area, labor, fertilizer costs and palm oil production and the rest is influenced by other variables, in the town of Kota Tengah Dolok Masihul District Serdang Bedagai.
