Abstract :
The aim of this study is to know the effect of company?s variable of Return
On Asset, Return On Equity, Debt to Asset Ratio, Net Profit Margin, Cash Ratio,
Current Ratio and Size on rating of bonds that published by PT Pemeringkat Efek
Indonesia to nonfinancial companies that listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange
in 2016.
This study were analyzed by using associative research. Population of this
study is a nonfiinancial company that published the bond and listed in the
indonesia stock exchange in 2016. There were 33 nonfinancial companies that
determined by purposive sampling method. The method of the data is using a
documentation?s method and the method of analysis is using a logistic regression.
The result of this study indicate that the cash ratio has a positive effect and
debt to asset ratio has a negative effect on the bond rating in nonfinancial
companies that listed on indonesia stock exchange. It shows that the cash ratio
and debt to asset ratio can effect in good or bad of bond rating to nonfinancial
companies. Meanwhile the Company?s Return On Asset, Return On Equity, Debt
to Asset Ratio, Net Profit Margin, Cash Ratio, Current Ratio and Size have no
effect of bond rating.
