Abstract :
This research aims to determine the effect of wide of farm, the amount of N, P, K fertilizers, pesticide on paddy productivity, to determine the effect of different depths of pyritic material on paddy productivity and to establish the limits of paddy land suitability classes according to depths of pyritic material. This research was conducted in paddy fields in Rugemuk Village Pantai Labu Regency Deli Serdang took place in April to September 2018. The locations were selected purposively. Data collection method used were questionarre, interview and documentation. Then management techniques and data analysis was done by multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the result of the research that: 1) Wide of farm, the amount of N, P, K fertilizers and pesticide simultaneously have a significant effect on paddy productivity, after tested partially only wide of farm, the amount of P fertilizer and pesticide have significant effect on paddy productivity; 2) Depth of pyritic material has a significant effect on paddy productivity.
