Abstract :
This research was conducted in PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) by using compensation, leadership style and good corporate governance as the independent variable and performance as the dependent variable. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of compensation, leadership style, and good corporate governance on the performance of employees in PT. Pos Indonesia (Perseo) Kantor Pos Medan jln. Pos No. 1 Medan. The type data in this research is primary data. The population in this research was the employees in PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) and this samples?re 72 people by using simple random sampling. There were 72 respondents who were willing to return the questionnaire. There is one model of analysis data processing method used, is multiple regression analysis. The results showed that the compensation has a positive and significant impact on employee performance, leadership style has a positive and significant impact on employee performance, and good corporate governance has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Simultaneously, the compensation, leadership style and good corporate governance affect the employee performance. In the test results coefficient of determination (R2) obtained value of 0.382. This means that the magnitude of the influence of the compensation, leadership style and good corporate governance on employee performance is 38.2%, while the remaining 61.8% influenced by other factors not examined in this study.
