Abstract :
This research aimed to examine and analyze the influence of profitability, leverage,earnings per share and dividen per share that either simultaneously or partially affect stock price of mining companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012-2016. Population of this research was 41 of mining companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012-2016. The samples were selected using purposive sampling method and produce 7 samples with 35 unit of observation analysis. The first hypothesis testing was processed by multiple linear regression, statistical analysis and regression models, coefficient of determination, test, F test and t test. The result of this research showed that profitability, leverage, earnings per share and dividen per share simultaneously influence on stock price of mining companies. Partially, profitability, earnings per share and dividen per share that positive affect and significant influence on stock price, while leverage has a negative affect and not significant influence on stock price of mining companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012-2016.
