Abstract :
This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of Economic Growth, Local Government Revenue, General Allocation Funds, Special Allocation Funds and Revenue Sharing on Capital Budget Allocation using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis in Districts / Cities in Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam Province. The study population is all regency / city administrations in the Province of Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam, namely as many as 18 districts and 5 cities. The sample was selected using a saturated sample method which produced 23 samples or the whole of the districts / cities in the Province of Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam with the period of the year studied starting from 2013 to 2016 resulting in a sample of 92 research samples. Hypothesis testing using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results of the study show that only the variables of Regional Original Revenue and Special Allocation Funds have an influence on the allocation of Capital Expenditures. Other variables such as Economic Growth, General Allocation Funds and Revenue Sharing Funds do not have an influence on the allocation of Capital Expenditures.
